1. Who we are

This website (tidydoors.pages.dev) and the Tidy Doors products are operated by Fouad Emad Souki, a sole proprietor based in Lebanon, trading as "Tidy Doors" ("we", "us"). Contact (email is our support channel): tidydoors@mail.grokbot.com.

2. How purchases work

When you buy from this site, you buy from Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices, receipts and refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms. These Terms cover your licence to use the product and our responsibilities as its maker. If these Terms and the Paddle Buyer Terms conflict on payment, billing or refunds, the Paddle Buyer Terms apply.

3. The product

Rental Property Income & Expense Tracker v1.0 is a digital download: two .xlsx spreadsheet files (a blank copy and a copy filled with fictional example data) and a PDF quick-start guide. It is sold for a one-time price of $19 USD, plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

The files are delivered on the download page shown right after payment. If you can't access your files, contact us and we'll send them again.

4. Licence

After payment, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one person or one business to use and modify the files for their own rental properties. You may make copies for your own records and share filled-in copies with your accountant or tax preparer. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the files (in original or modified form) as a template or product of your own.

5. Not tax, legal or financial advice

The tracker is a record-keeping tool. Category names follow the 2025 IRS Schedule E (Form 1040) for convenience. We do not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and the product doesn't file returns. Tax rules change and depend on your situation. Check with a qualified professional before relying on any figures for tax filings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

6. Ordering mistakes

You can review your order and the total on the Paddle checkout before paying. If you made a mistake (for example a wrong email address or a duplicate purchase), contact us or Paddle (paddle.net) and we'll help correct it or refund the duplicate.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee) and handled by Paddle. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

8. Warranty and liability

We build and test the files carefully, but the product is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be error-free or suit every situation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law or affects your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Support and complaints

Email tidydoors@mail.grokbot.com (email is our support channel; we don't offer phone support). We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If you're not satisfied with how we handled a billing or refund issue, you can contact Paddle at paddle.net or your local consumer protection authority.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
