Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Fouad Emad Souki, trading as Tidy Doors ("we"), handles when you visit tidydoors.pages.dev or buy from us. Contact: tidydoors@mail.grokbot.com.

1. Purchases (Paddle)

Payments go through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing country or address and payment details at checkout and handles them under the Paddle Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full card details. Paddle shares order information with us (such as your name, email, country, the product bought, order number and amount) so we can deliver the product, provide support and keep business records.

2. Support emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message to answer you and keep the conversation as a record of support given.

3. Website visits

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages, run by Cloudflare, Inc.) may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. The Paddle checkout loads scripts from Paddle when you open it, and Paddle may use cookies or similar technology for checkout and fraud prevention, as described in its privacy policy.

4. Why we use your data (legal bases)

• To deliver your order and provide support: performance of a contract.
• To keep tax and accounting records: legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud: legitimate interests.

We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 10 years). Support emails are kept for up to 3 years after the last message, unless needed for a dispute.

6. Who we share it with

Paddle (payments and order processing), our email provider (support messages) and our website host. They may process data outside your country. We only share what each needs to provide its service.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email tidydoors@mail.grokbot.com and we'll reply within 30 days. For data Paddle holds as Merchant of Record, you can also contact Paddle directly. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our products are for adults managing rental properties. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
